My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with a few ups and downs. The rooms were a bit stuffy at night and lacked a view, but they had enough space for a family of three for a short stay. The service was passionate about helping guests, particularly during travel disruptions. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the attempt to charge us twice for the room was a hassle. The atmosphere felt stiff and not very cozy, similar to a dentist's waiting room, and the rooms were on the smaller side. However, the location was excellent, providing easy access to public transport and the airport.
